AISG Development Company, a business unit of American International Steel Group located in Upper St. Clair, PA, is conducting real estate development in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. The company currently has following job opening available: (release date: 4/20/2004) Job Title: Executive Assistant Position Type: Full-Time Employee Job Description: Being an Executive Assistant, you will provide a full and broad range of support to key management personnel. Duties include office management, book keeping, assist in planning and preparing for daily activities, filing documents, processing messages and reports, maintaining the calendar of appointments; You will also participate in and support the business activities. This includes coordinating with contractors, writing literature (plans, proposals, applications, etc) to State and local government agencies for permits, approvals, making follow-up calls, and providing other assistance and service as needed. Some travel may be required. Qualifications: College, Technical or Business School Degree Minimum three years' executive level experience with a proven track record Must be highly proficient with Word, Excel, Access and Outlook Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work well independently Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Experience with real estate development a plus We offer a competitive salary, great working environment and flexible working schedule.
